Cycles is Thorgnyr's second album. It is inspired by the many cycles found in nature. The seasons, the day, life. The stark difference between the Icelandic seasons are a big inspiration. From the complete darkness of winter to the midnight sun of summer. Cycles also draws upon Icelandic folklore, the stories of ghosts, elves and other mythical creatures.
