Hear ye hear ye: The King has called for champions both noble and brave to venture to the sewers below our City. Saint Warnken's Thunderhammer, known to crush cities with a single blow, has been stolen by a rouge faction of Orcs operating under the city. The King is offering a hefty sum of gold to anyone that can retrieve the relic. If you dare accept this quest, there have been numerous sightings of Orcs near the west sewer entrance. I would start there.
