Ever-twirling, gliding infinitely toward us all - the cloaked figure, seen as a spectre, seen as a formless shadow - that holds the orb of souls aloft a mighty staff - ever watchful over all those it holds now, firmly in grasp, having incanted the powerful magick that mires, holds us within the web of it's will . . .
We look up towards the night sky and see a fathomless and deep darkness, pitted all over with the fires and embers of a past we cannot know.
We look up and sometimes we see nothing but our own end.
