This album comprises of three variations of the same track, comprising of the sounds made by 5 aquatic sow bugs in a plastic container. Specimens were sampled and subsequently released in Alexauken Creek.

About a month or more ago, I was fortunate enough to be able to borrow a contact mic from a friend, and, of course, I did what any rational person would do in the scenario and made a lower-case project.

I'm hoping to make a couple of these Aquatic Macroinvertebrate (and, eventually, perhaps other taxa) lower-case projects that will hopefully improve a little bit as I make the next few.

I'm not sure if lower case is the correct term here; I was not able to properly eliminate the buzzing of the amplifier in post-production, at least not entirely...(see the last track).
