"The Luminous Stairways" takes a Baroque direction that I've never explored before, and this song serves as my humble tribute to J. J. Fux and his quintessential masterpiece Gradus Ad Parnassum, without which our concept of music could've been vastly different.

Sit back and enjoy my gentle melodies clash and flee one another, as echoes of golden years and lost ages, as mournful shades that wither under rays of hope.
